A Plan for Normalizing Insulin, Controlling Inflammation,

Losing Unwanted Weight, and  Healing Injured Tissues

A Plan for Health and Healing

With More Oxygen and Less Insulin

Simple Questions, Short Answers

Q:What is insulin?

A: It is the primary energy hormone of the body which controls all energy generation and utilization in the body, and regulates all aspects metabolsm.

Q: What Is a Hormone?

A: It is a substance produced in one part of the body and travels to other parts, usually through blood to exerts its effects on other tissues.

Q: Why Is Your Insulin Diet called Insulin Diet?

A: Because it is a diet plan for weight loss and reversal and/or improved control of diabetes which is completely focused on the normality and abnormalities of insulin hormone.

Q:Are there some insulin-smart foods and others are insulin non-smart foods?

A: Yes.

Q: Name one food which you consider insulin-smart and one food that is insulin-unsmart?

A: We consider a toast with ample butter insulin-smart and a toast without butter insulin-unsmart.

Q: That is interesting. Please explain the basis of your statement.

A: A toast with amply butter does not create a sharp sugar spike in the blood. When there is no sugar spike in the blood, there is no blood insulin spike.

Q: Why is an insulin spike considered bad?

A: Blood insulin spike cause insulin toxicity , the greater the number of insulin spikes in a week, higher the degree of insulin toxicity in that week.

Q: What are the negative effects of insulin toxicity?

A: Insulin toxicity causes weight gain and with time obesity. Insulin toxicity has negative effects on all body organs. For example, it shrinks the brain and swells the liver. It irritates nerves and causes neuropathy. It tighten arteries. In woung women, it causes weight gain and unwanted facial hair. It causes loss of skin pigment in some areas and excess pigmentation in other areas. It causes hair loss.

Dr. Ali in your recent papers you published  a large number insulin and glucose profiles obtained with blod tests performed at intervals following a glucose load. These published profiles provide direct evidence of insulin toxicity and patterns of tissue damage caused by hyperinsulinism.

Q. Are these the main reasons why you insulin weight loss diet for insulin healthful aging diets are based on insulin.

A. The simple answer is yes. However this is a vast subject. The listeners can access Dr. Ali’ free insulin course on his websites  www.ali-diabetes.org

Q:Why do you find it necessary to focus on insulin?

Q: Because the insulin is the primary hormone of human metabolism. Indusin regulates how much ATP energy is produced in the body and how it is utlized in the various tissues of the human body.

Q: What is ATP.

A: It is the units of energy. We can say it is the unit of energy currency of the body. ATP is to body energetics as dollar is to USA economy.

Q: Let us go weight loss? What is the relationship between the insulin hoemone and weight?”

A: Excess insulin is fattening and inflaming. The science of human metabolism teaches us that  it is not possible to lose weight healthfully. Commonly used dieting plans that do not normalize blood insulin levels do not bring support healthful weight loss.

Q: How do you know if someone is insulin-toxic?

A: By simple blood test.

Q: Is the insulin test generally available?

A: Yes. Most laboratory perform this blood test. Very small laboratories that do not perform the test refer the blood samples to larger laboratories.

What are the benefits of focus on insulin?

A. Insulin toxicity if fattening and inflaming. It is not possible to lose weight healthfully Excess insulin

We can say insulin is the center piece of metablism?

Q: What is the relationshipship between the insulin hoemone and weight?”

Seven Faces  of Insulin Toxicity
In matters of the life span, I summarize the lessons learned from my patients with the following simple word
*  Keep insulin low without drugs and live longer, or
*  keep blood sugar low with drugs and die young.
The pandemic of excess weight, obesity, fatty disease of the liver, diabetes, and other forms of metabolic syndromes can be neither understood nor addressed without knowing the fundamentals of the molecular biology of insulin, a subject that is sadly and regularly neglected in the prevailing model of medicine. I wrote Insulin Toxicity Series to shed lights on the various faces of this pandemic.

My patients also helped me recognize seven faces of insulin toxicity:
.  The first stage of insulin toxicity is without apparent negative health effects recognized by the person.
.  The second stage of insulin toxicity is with negative health effects recognized by the person but unknown to the doctor.
.  The third stage of insulin toxicity is tissue injury (in the liver, kidneys, skin, and other organs) unrecognized by a doctor who is clueless about molecular biology of insulin.
.  The fourth stage of insulin toxicity is prediabetes without tests to detect insulin waste and damages.
.  The fifth stage of insulin toxicity is Type 2 diabetes with the use of diabetes drugs (that add to the insulin activity, hence its toxicity) (with the blessings of the American Diabetic Association).
.  The sixth stage of insulin toxicity is toxicity created by peaks of insulin caused by insulin injections (the end-stage of insulin depletion which is called insulin-dependent diabetes).
.  The seventh stage of insulin toxicity is loss of vision and blindness (diabetic retinopathy), dialysis (diabetic nephropathy), and increased risk of heart attacks, strokes, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders, and all degenerative states.
I present evidence for all of the above in other articles in my Insulin Toxicity Series.

Why Should Insulin Be the Central Focus in Diet for Health?
Because excess insulin in the blood (insulin toxicity, commonly called hyperinsulinism affects three of every four adults in the general New York metropolitan population.
Excess insulin is fattening, inflaming, fermenting, pro-inflammatory, procancer, and poor ‘every chronic disease.’
