Why Am I Hungry All the Time?

Why Am I Hungry All the Time? Because You Have Too Much Insulin All the Time

Insulin Is the Hunger Hormone

That is why insulin-toxic people are hungry all the time. Insulin is also the fattening and fermenting  hormone. Fermentation is the process by which microbes in the body, especially those in the gut, break foods and body cells to produce a toxic soup of alchols and acids.

Fruits Are Fertilizers for Fermenting Body Microbes

Please think about this next time when an ill-informed government official or ignorant advisor tells you to take three to ten serving of fruits and vegetables daily.
