Asthma Is Colitis of Lungs

No, I do not seek cheap thrills here. Asthma is really colitis of lungs. This is the previous lesson children with asthma have taught me. Can you safely reduce the dose of your asthma inhalers and drugs? Or possibly stop taking any drugs altogether f? You alone can answer this question. How can anyone else say whether or not you are willing and able to slowly and safely reduce the dose of blood pressure medications. Some of them eventually stopped all drugs, except under acute stress conditions.   Please read and re-read the following six items before you consider my Top Seven Guidelines for Normalizing Blood Pressure after this introduction.

  • Be honest with yourself, and learn and know well what high blood pressure (BP) is and how it can be slowly and safely normalized to reduce the dose of blood pressure medications, and sometimes discontinued altogether.
  1. Become “breathing – curious” and “insulin-curious” learn how different conditions spike your blood pressure and how you can control and/or stop those spikes.
  • Follow your doctor’s advice closely while you consider my guidelines.
  • Learn to “live BP-wise,” and do so with clarity (study my free “Dr. Ali’s Allergy and Asthma Course.” (use your search engine to access my free articles)
  • Do not throw away your asthma inhalers and asthma drugs. Prevent and control your asthma pills, slowly putting my diet and mind detox guidelines into practice, and then discuss with your doctor how to safely reduce the doses of your BP medication.
  • Think long-term, “think BP,” and do not repeat mistakes all the time (it is okay to slip up sometimes). People who use my BP guidelines and learn how with time things become easier with time, as all other good things do.)

  2. Become “insulin-curious” and learn how different foods evoke different insulin responses and affect your body differently.

  4. Learn to “live insulin-wise,” and do so with clarity (my free “Dr. Insulin Course” on this website give you all the needed information).
  5. Do not throw away your diabetes pills, lower your blood A1c level by slowly putting my diet and detox guidelines into practice, and then discuss with your doctor how to safely reduce the doses of your diabetes medication.

Dr. Ali’s Top Seven Diet-and-Detox Guidelines for Normalizing High Blood Pressure

  1. Ali’s Breakfast (an idea, not a product)
  2. Get tested for mold and inhalant allergies and get allergy treatment.

As a practical matter, I suggest readers begin with 1/4 of the amounts of substances I recommend in my guidelines. In case of times of therapy, such as hydrogen peroxide and castor oil skin rubs, again I suggest the time be reduced to one-third of the recommended time. Once the safey issue is addressed, readers can use their own sense of how they can proceed safely.
