Pre-Genes and Post-Genes
Majid Ali, M.D.
Nature could not have sprung genes out of nothing. That would not have been an evolutionary path. To underscore my broader perspective, I introduced the term “pre-gene” in my a chapter entitled Complementarity and Contrariety in Genetics” in my book entitled “Nature’s Preoccupation With Complementarity and Contrariety,” the first volume of my 12-volume The Principles and Practice of Integrative Medicine Volume I: Nature’s Preoccupation With Complementarity and Contrariety. My purpose was to focus on all molecular species that precede the development and functionalities of genes. I introduced the term epigene for all molecular entities that activate suppress, or in others wars influence the behavior of genes.
Pre-Genes and Epi-genes
For additional information on how pro-genes and epi-genes regulate the behavior of genes, I refer professional readers to my article entitled “The Cancerization/De-cancerization Dynamics of the Dysox Model of Cancer” published in Townsend Letter and included at this site.
Oxygen, the Crab, and Cancer
For an in-depth discussion of these subjects, I suggest two-volume book entitled “Oxygen, the Crab, and Cancer,” which can be downloaded from http://www.aliacademy.org.
For readers interested in cancer of breast and prostate, I suggest my book shown before.
