28,647 Opioid Painkiller Deaths Every Year
Majid Ali, M.D.
Eighty-one people lost their lives every day to opioid painkillers in the U.S. in 2014.
People are always eager to have their opinion heard loud and clear. With rare exceptions, these are angry voices, blaming others but seldom offering any helpful information.
My View on Chronic Pain
Here is my voice on the subject: People who suffer pain must learn natural ways to control or reduce chronic pain so that opioid painkillers are not necessary except in acute medical conditions and for short periods of time. They should begin with slow Limbic Breathing and anti-inflammatory oils (castor oil is most effective in most conditions), spices, optimal hydration, stretching, and healing conversations.
