A Simple Statement That Might Offend Some With Depression – But Not If They Test It.


Nearly all my patient with persistent depression eventually learned that slow breathing helps them more than any other natural remedy. The simplest and most effective way of slow breathing is ordinary breathe-in followed by slow, non-competitive breathe-out.


With practice and time, many of my patients were able to discontinue their drug, many more were able to lower the doses of the drugs.
