Indian Dessert Breakfast for Weight Loss and Prevention and/or Control of Diabetes

This is the age of obesity-insulin-toxicity-diabetes continuum. It is my sad prediction that close to 70% of the world population will have diabetes in 25 years. My prediction is based on my personal data showing the prevalence of insulin toxicity (which predates diabetes) in nearly 60% of Americans.
One of my healthiest, most time-efficient, and delicious weight loss and anti-diabetes breakfasts is what I call “Indian dessert breakfast”. Here is the recipe for this breakfast:
Ingredients for Spicy Breakfast Yogurt for Two
1. Whole Milk Yogurt Eight ounces
2. Stevia sweetener To personal taste*
3. Cayenne pepper powder One-fourth teaspoon**
4. Nuts One tablespoon (walnuts, cashews, almonds, pine nuts)
5. Turmeric powder One-half teaspoon ***
6. Cinnamon One-fourth teaspoon***
* Stevia powder sweetener equivalent to two teaspoons of sugar
** Cayenne pepper powder increase or decrease to your taste )
*** May be added on the third or subsequent days
