Turmeric, Vitamin C, and Cinnamon to Lower A1c, Cholesterol, and ANA (Antinuclear Antibodies)

Here is a letter I received from a patient relating her amazing experience with turmeric, vitamin C, and cinnamon for lowering A1c test value (for diabetes), ANA test (for autimmune disorders), cholesterol level, and C-reactive protein(a test for inflammation). I have deleted the names of the names of companies selling the spices and vitamins.

I Wanted to let you know what has happened since I have been taking turmeric (1-1/2 – 2 TBS a day). I buy the pure turmeric (4%) curcumin organic (1 lb. bag made by Frontier available at (xxxxx) . After taking it daily for about one month, I had blood work done. My total cholesterol which usually runs 240 was down to 210 – my HDL 19 points higher than the range. My C-reactive protein which had gone into the borderline range was down to low normal.
At the same time, I also began taking Pure Cinnamon from Ceylon – about 1-1/2 – 2 TBS a day. My A1C which had ranged from 6.3 – 5.8 in the past six years was down to 5.6. Also, my ANA which has been positive – at times a little ….(words not legible)…11680 was now showing negative. In addition my thinking seems to be much clearer with less brain fog and my allergies and sinusitis are much better. And when other members in the household were getting sick I would take my turmeric plus lots of Vitamin C and homeopathic medicine Oscillococcinum – and would only have few symptoms.
